The location was great. Less than 10 mins walk to the beach and we were right next to a bus stop to get into Heraklion. Lots of places to eat nearby.
We met the host and cleaners on several occasions and everybody was very friendly.
The kitchen was small so very little room to prepare food if you wanted to make something to eat. Not a major issue for us as there are lots of places to eat nearby.

The owner, Eva, is very kind and helpful. The room is renovated, clean, and everything is in great shape. There is also a great pool in a quiet, small complex.
The location is very convenient, right in front of a bus station, and free parking is available nearby. It’s about a 25-minute bus ride to the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and souvenir shops around the complex.
The beach is only a 4-minute walk away, with a great beach bar, sunbeds, and umbrellas.
A great place for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

Quiet, nice pool view. Lot of green in the soroundings
Double bed is too soft, especially in the middle, thus affecting body shape while sleeping.
Access with luggages to the property is not easy, nor the care can't be parked close enough to unload them.

Great size room, good location 5 min walk from the beach . Ok for a couple of nights for the price.
Everything felt a little dated, and it had a musty smell - so it's best to keep the windows and doors open
