About this apartment rental
The studio is 45 square meters and has a spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the Douro River and the city. It is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator.
Ideal for 2 people, but sleeps up to 4 (sofa bed).
FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENT
• king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
• double sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm)
• 40" LCD TV, cable TV with international channels, DVD player (and movies)
• free Wi-Fi
• kitchenette with electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
• small appliances such as a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, and hand blender.
• dining table with two chairs (+ 2 stools)
• bathroom with shower (and there’s a hair dryer)
• bedding and towels included
• small laundry area with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and a clothesline that can be used indoors or on the terrace.
• air conditioning (heating and cooling)
• a luggage scale, so you can rest easy when you arrive at the airport. :)

On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a large 45-square-meter terrace with a beautiful view of the Douro River and part of the city.
The terrace is equipped with:

• 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing
• a shower (cold water)

The VRBO is exactly as advertised. It's in a great location and thoughtfully put together with a lot of whimsical touches. The rooftop was terrific. We would happily stay again.

For our small family of three it was a perfect place to stay a couple of days in Porto. The location in walking distance to all attractions is great and the roof terrace just gorgeous.
But also the interior of the apartment makes you feel at home. It's clean and well equipped with everything you need.
Finally, Raul is a great host with good tips what to do and where to go out in Porto.
