It features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a window and plenty of natural light, and another interior room without windows, offering a quieter and darker environment, perfect for those who prefer a restful and private sleeping space.

The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. The Bolsa Palace (built in the 19th century) is located in the historical centre of Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Location was great and parking space appreciated.Property was clean but the children bedroom with bunk beds was very noisy during the night. There was a technical closet on the other side of the wall so not sure it was related with heating pump or electricity but the girls had trouble to sleep because of a constant banging.

A beautiful apartment located so conveniently on foot to all the old town conveniences--beautiful architecture, bars, restaurants, bookstores...The apartment is spacious and easy to check in. Everything was clean and there is a small convenience shop nearby for necessities. Lots of space to store things also. We were staying with two children and the apartment, being on the ground floor, was great for this too. Very quiet as it looks out on a charming little plaza / parking. If you are an intense cooker or want many meals at home, this may not be the perfect flat, as the kitchen cookery and crockery are minimalist. The area lends itself to eating out, however. I highly recommend this apartment for your Porto stay.

Lo mejor la ubicación.
Le falta mantenimiento. La lavadora fuera de servicio desde hace muchos meses/ hay comentariosa al respecto de otros huéspedes. La habitación de la litera es un zumo. Además del ruido interno en esa habitación. La TV tiene problemas de sonido/ no se escuchan muchos canales. El sofá pequeño/ incómodo y hundido
