SorrentoVibes - Luxury Design Home & Jacuzzi in Heart of Sorrento

Convenient location, walking distance to local cafes, markets. Apartment was nice and clean, with all the basic amenities. Comfortable for our family of 4. Raffaelle was there to meet us upon arrival, very responsive to questions/ concerns.

The accommodation was nice, only issue is one of the bathroom shower floors is pretty scrapped up and in rough shape. We also booked other things through Sorrento Vibes concierge service as we liked the idea of having all our things ( including transfers) to be centralized. Overall everything was good, however the accommodations side and the Concierge side can be a little inconsistent with communications. Some feedback is to be better aligned on how they arrange timing for tours that are scheduled on the same day as check out. On the day we checked out, we also had a tour scheduled (through Sorrento Vibers) for Pompei along with a transfer back to Rome. They scheduled the pick up for 1 hour after the check out time. There were 2 simple things to do here, either try to move up the pick up time or extend our stay for 1 hour, this took me sending several text messages between 2 people to align on extending our time. The original suggestion by the person who was helping us with our bookings was for us to drag our luggage to their office, go grab breakfast for an hour and then come back in time to meet the driver. I would think that the people on the accommodations side and the person on the Concierge side could have connected to work this out. The person that also did our bookings reminded me that I gave her a thumbs up when she sent her confirmation text for what time the pick up would be, so naturally it is my fault that we did not know better. To her, the best option was for us to leave at 10 and drag out bags to her office. It was frustrating to get to that on the very last day. Other than that blip, the accommodation overall was nice, the tours were organized and all the transfers were on time.

We absolutely loved our stay at SorrentoVibes! The apartment is beautifully designed, luxurious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sorrento, making it very easy to explore everything on foot. The jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and exactly as pictured. We were genuinely very happy with our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t change a thing!

I wish Shampoo and Conditioner as well as traditional Italian coffee maker was included. Coffee that was provided was very standard.
