Nice value for the money with a great mountain view

It was good value for staying for several nights on our way to the sea. The apartment was big, the view is magnificent, the lady was very nice and waited for us for a late check in (take into account the normal check-in time finishes at 7 pm). We left our hearts with the lovely and super friendly labrador living there.

Well, this is an agro touristic object, so you have to take this into account. The floors are squeaky. The sockets were only in the kitchen - we had no in the bedroom.

Good

Fantastic scenery and landscape hidden in the mountains. Beautiful old farmhouse with animals (a fantastic dog - we loved her so much - horses and cows) around. Very close to ski resort Gerlitzen. Very good value for money. Perfect place for the ones who love rural tourism.

The lights of the apartment were weak, the floor was not flat at some parts of the rooms, the wifi was not really reliable. We missed at least one cabinet to be able to put our clothes. The balcony door was letting in the cold, but I have to stress that heating was perfect. The family living there was very nice and friendly, but a bit noisy during the evenings and sometimes in the morning. I just write these comments down, because I think with some minor changes the landlady (who was doing an awful lot of job with the children and the farm and the apartments) could make this place even much better.

De omgeving weergaloos mooi!

De ligging, de bedden en de hygiëne. Vriendelijke familie. Gewoon vragen en het wordt geregeld. Zou zo weer terug gaan.

Een paar kleinigheden; het front van de koelkastdeur zat niet aan de deur vast zodat ik een paar keer m’n hoofd stootte toen ik het onderste kastje opende. Bovenkastje deurbeslag aan een kant los. En de vriendelijke hond kon soms erg onstuimig zijn. Het was opletten met je boodschappen 😉

Álomnyaralás

Csodálatos, festői környeteben található az alpesi házikó. Állatszerető (ló, kiskecskék, cuki kutyusok) családoknak tökéletes kikapcsolódási lehetőség. Az időszakos medencét is használhattuk. Kedves, segítőkész szállásadó család gyerekekkel. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, nem akartunk hazajönni. Szeretettel ajánljuk.

Je voelt je helemaal thuis

De gastvrijheid. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk met hun kinderen gespeeld, we konden overal gebruik van maken en hebben bovendien nog een hele gezellige avond beleefd met de gastheer en gastvrouw. Ook het uitzicht op de prachtige omgeving heeft een onuitwisbare indruk achtergelaten.

Die Lage und der Blick aus dem Fenster sind einfach zauberhaft! Die Besitzer, bzw. die Familie, sind sehr nette Menschen. Was uns aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, waren die Hunde🫶

Ich würde sagen, knarrende Böden, aber das Haus ist alt und das verleiht dem Haus im Gegenteil Authentizität. Im Allgemeinen gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung.

Die Wohnung braucht etwas Liebe, Kleinigkeiten wie ein Licht geht nicht, Lampe hat kein Glas, Steckdose geht nicht. Die Matratze vom Hochbett war sehr unbequem, man merkte dadrin den Draht.

Es war super!

Top Lage mit wunderbarem Blick über das Tal in himmlischer Ruhe. Dennoch ist der Hof gut zu erreichen und man kommt in kurzer Zeit an zahlreiche Ziele in der Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind eine tolle Familie mit denen wir viel Spaß hatten.

Die Wohung war recht gut ausgestattet. Ein Toaster und ein Wasserkocher könnten das Angebot komplettieren.

Eine wunderschöne Auszeit

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche auf dem Baumgartnerhof verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft wenn man, so wie wir, Ruhe, Natur und die Berge liebt. Wir hatten sehr viel Freude an den Tieren, ganz besonders Nelly und Feya 🐶🐶 haben wir ins Herz geschlossen, von ihnen wurden wir immer freudig begrüßt und es gab so manche Kuscheleinheit. Unsere Gastgeber waren super lieb und aufgeschlossen. (Danke für alles.😊) Rund um Arriach gibt es viel zu entdecken, es wird auf jeden Fall nicht langweilig. Ganz fasziniert waren wir von der traumhaften Landschaft und dem herrlich klaren Wasser in den umliegenden Seen und Flüssen. Unser Fazit: Der Baumgartenhof ist vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wohl kaum zu übertreffen. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
