Posizione favolosa
Il nostro appartamento era all'ultimo piano e ci siamo stati in due famiglie per un totale di 7 persone(4 adulti e 3 ragazzi di 11, 14 e 17 anni). Molto comodo perché composto da due camere matrimoniali, una camera tripla, una cucina e 2 bagni(solo in uno però era presente la doccia, in quell'altro c'era solo water e lavandino. Balcone con vista meravigliosa e ampio parcheggio sotto casa. Ottima base per visitare la zona dei laghi della Carinzia. In posizione rialzata rispetto alla strada, si trova in Verditzer Str. 39, 9542 Afritz am See.
Nella struttura era presente solo una signora che parlava solo il tedesco quindi abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nella comunicazione. Sentivamo i proprietari per telefono i quali parlavano inglese. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del bagno che spero abbiano risolto. La struttura, seppur efficiente, è un pò retrò.

La vista dal balcone é eccezionale, sulla valle da quasi 1000m. La casa è spaziosa e pulita.

Schöne Lage umgeben von wunderschönen Dörfern
Die Lage ist sehr schön. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da es relativ weit oben am Berg gelegen ist, daher hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Ruhig gelegen.
Nicht gefallen: Die Kommunikation vorab. Aufgrund dieser Problematik und des nicht Entgegenkommen der Anbieter und, die für uns dadurch entstandenen Mehrkosten. Hier wurde bereits ausgiebig mit allen Beteiligten mehrfach und den Urlaub durchgängig kommuniziert, was es wiederum ebenfalls eher unentspannt gestaltet hat.

Nie byłam tam, bo nie było dla mnie miejsca a otrzymałam voucher i pobrano pieniądze z mojego konta.
Rezerwacja nie powiodła się. Pośrednik-Belvilla pobrał moje pieniądze, które zostały zablokowane na ok.4 tyg mimo, że nie mogłam pojechać do tego obiektu. Od Booking otrzymałam Voucher na wyjazd mimo ,że w obiekcie nie było już dla mnie miejsca .Po tym czasie po moich prośbach zwrócono moje pieniądze w kwocie mniejszej niż pobrano.
Nie byłam w obiekcie-mimo ,że z góry zapłaciłam /Belvilla pobrała mi z konta pieniądze/ i otrzymałam Voucher od Booking w dniu przelewu. Nawet nie wiem do kogo mieć żal ,że tak się stało. Nie oceniam obiektu, bo w nim nie byłam a mimo to automatycznie Booking dał mi taką możliwość oceny.
