綺麗！場所が良い

当たり前ではありますが結構音が聞こえやすい作りでなかなか気を使った。

Cosy atmosphere, nice to have a common area where you can meet people. Have dinner, maybe a couple of drinks together. The beds are comfy, lots of undercover parking ( great in winter ), shower water pressure is amazing and there’s also a bath! What more could ya want! I originally only booked for 2 nights but extended my stay. The hosts are also the best people!

Delightful host, super friendly and helpful and recommended wonderful local restaurants we would never have found ourselves.

Basic crockery and cutlery in kitchen would be helpful

As I arrived late by ferry I had informed Manager Sachiyo Tonani in advance & her reply was swift & reassuring that I don’t need to worry. Easy to find near Otaru, quite location but convenient. A large garage for my bike, very friendly greetings by her even at such late hour. Felt instantly welcome. Shoes of, Japanese house rules 😉 A bit steep stairs up into the second floor to the guest room, be aware, no elevator. Large room, two beds, not big & a tad too soft for me but I slept comfortable under the soft blankets. Strong shower 🚿hot & good pressure, remember share house, prep your own amenities. Towels, one of my pet peeves, too small, had my own anyway. Large community room, fridge/ freezer unit, oven toaster & microwave. My room, No1, lock & key 🔑✅ Big windows to the rear, as mentioned quite neighborhood. Check in was swift as was check out, Tonani San is very fluent in English and a great host. Pleasure to met her and highly recommended.

As mentioned, stairs are steep & small, if you have a lot of luggage it’s a bit tight. Towels, would recommend to prep your own. Walls are thin, adjoining rooms could be heard , no issue if you have a good pair of earplugs.
