The house was PERFECT for our Marine's graduation from Parris Island. We were able to use the backyard for gatherings and there were plenty of things in the kitchen to accomodate our cooking and BBQ needs. We LOVED the location (remote but still close) .
Getting outside was weird - you could only access through the master bedroom. It was also weird that a small apt is attached to the rental that was occupied by someone else (shared laundry with that tenant). We never saw the person except for a car but transparency about an additional tenant on the property would have been better communication

I did not stay at the property as it did not meet my expectations and I was not going to have my family stay there for a weekend.
This property listing is a scam- the “house” is actually 2 units divided by a door with a mattress like barrier between the units. The online photos suggest a bright, beach type Reno but it is furnished with cast off furniture and thrift store bedding.
