House was very clean and comfortable. Had issues with air and heating. Stopped working and got pretty warm inside. Lucky the weather was changing next day and we opened all windows. Owner said there was a box fan in closet to use. She wasn’t sure what to do to fix unit. Hopefully it will be fixed before next renters. Otherwise house was very nice. Things break but I am sure she will get it working

Our stay was very nice and we had plenty of room there were 3 couples and 2 additional guests. We stayed for 3 nights.
I was initially caught off guard because there
Is a tenant that lives on the property in the garage apartment.
We did not see or hear from the tenant throughout our stay but it did catch us off guard. It felt a little odd initially but we did settle into the property. There were clothes left in the top dresser drawer in the master bedroom.
Other than that the home did serve its purpose and we did have a very nice trip.
I am pretty good about reading the descriptions in the properties and I don’t remember seeing anything about someone living in the garage apartment which is off the kitchen area. We were in the area for our son’s Marine Graduation so nothing could have ruined our stay, again was just little odd at first as I did not see in the property description that someone lived there.
