Everything was great! Rooms have been done with such an attention to every detail. (Sensor lights in a hallway, automatic locks on the door, mini & snack bar) Making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed here for 12 days. And we could’ve stayed 12 more. It feels like you’re at home. Rooms are being cleaned and sheets and towels changed every 3 days. We even asked if we can change from satin to cotton sheets and they made it possible next day already. Room has a really nice balcony. Beach is only 5 min away (Maria Pia 10min by foot). Plenty of restaurants in the area. Every Wednesday morning a local market is held just outside the accommodation, with everything you may need for the beach, or a great opportunity to try local food. All fresh and homemade. Fabrizio was a great host, helped us with recommendations and booking car service for out trip back.

We had an amazing stay, Fabrizio is an incredible host and there for you 24/7 for anything you need with all the helpful info! Bed is so comfy and room so clean with all the facilities you need👌🏼 Also the location is amazing, close to the beach and beautiful old town! We are excited to be back one day🥰

I liked the location and being close to the beach and the promenade. The host is very kind and helpful—he assisted us with everything and gave great advice about places to visit and restaurants. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the area is quiet, so we slept well and had a good rest. Housekeeping comes every three days, and the level of cleanliness is excellent.

The host gave us very good information on restaurants and beaches , the air condition and wi-fi worked very well . Alghero beach very close .

The room is very small and quite a distance to walk to the old town . The shower is unnecessary complicated . The building in which the apartment is run down and there is no terrace as advertised .
