The woman who serviced our room was very nice an helpful. The room had all the necessary things like coffee machine with coffee pods, tea, sugar, etc. We were allowed to check in early, because our flight arrived early, which was really convenient. The air conditioner worked very well. The bathroom was very nice. The location is close to center.
The small hallway which the room was in was very noisy. People slamming doors often from other rooms. Other than that, the room was somewhat quiet.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good value. Location between the old town and the beaches.
Despite our arriving early Anna was there to greet us and explain everything we needed to know and communication remained excellent throughout our stay (it was useful that I speak Italian).
My only suggestion would be a little shelf or soap dish in the shower.
