Great room with balcony and fridge. Comfy beds, huge bathroom, walking distance to town. Parking on street. Breakfast for normal price. What’s not to like?

It is a good option for a few days in Alghero, and the location is near to the center and touristic atractions.

Well, you get the room with air conditioning. Ours was even large than expected. But, ... you have only a door through which light comes and the view to emergency staircase and a wall in front. We do not like that. However, the major issues are with the cleaniness of the bathroom (see photos). Reception personnel is ignorant of facilities in the town and they refused to give 2 dishes and cutlery. Night receptionist was kind, daytime not.
Breakfast is below basic. Water is undrinkable. Fruits are from a can with sweet concervant liquid. Sweet pastry is in extremely limited variety not to mention salty. Bread is present in 1 type for toasting only, no fresh bread either. Coffee is not tasty.
They charge you if you want to change towels and floor carpet in bathroom, but they do not clean mold and dirt.
Do not either try toilette on ground floor for guests. It seems to be in an outer small room adjoint to hotel under a kind of temporal roof.
