Piscina , posto auto al coperto , bagno finestrato terrazzino con tavolino e sedie ed è presente frigo con piccolo freezer

Mancano ombrelloni in piscina , si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia , la camera familiare per 4 un po’ piccolina

Les chambres très confortables et propres, équipement flambant neuf. Jolie Piscine qui mériterait une douche. ( s’il faut trouver des points à améliorer)

Accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux

A localização era muito boa, perto das praias e restaurantes. Os quartos estavam muito limpos e a dona do hotel era muito simpática.

O pequeno-almoço tinha muito pouca variedade e quantidade. Muito pouco continental

The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area, which was nice for resting. Overall, the hotel building itself is acceptable for a short stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and encountered several noticeable issues: Room setup & AC placement: We booked for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The room provided had a fold-out sofa for our son. Unfortunately, this sofa was positioned directly under the cold airflow of the air conditioner. Because of the risk of the child catching a cold, we couldn't use the AC at all during the night. Repetitive breakfast: The breakfast was almost completely identical throughout our stay. Missing item and rude staff reaction (The biggest issue): After housekeeping changed our bedsheets, part of my wife’s pajama went missing—clearly taken by mistake with the laundry. When we politely asked the staff about it, they dismissed the issue, called someone, and then came into our room to search through our personal belongings, treating us as if we hadn't checked properly ourselves. Although there was no safe in the room, our other, more valuable belongings were untouched, which confirmed it was just an accidental laundry mix-up. However, the lack of basic respect and the complete absence of an apology was very disappointing.
