Exceptional hospitality, great hotel!

The hospitality was amazing! This lovely family running this hotel are awesome and hardworking people. Rooms were clean and fresh with good AC and a nice swimming pool in the courtyard. Moreover the breakfast was excellent. Definitely a safe bet to spend your time in Ksamil at Belmond hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean; as soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a fresh, fragrant atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect: just a few minutes' walk from the door to the crystal-clear sea, enhancing the pleasure of morning walks and evening sunsets. The warm and genuine team, who run the place as a family, made us feel right at home. They were always there for us when we needed them, offering immediate solutions to any questions we had. I’d especially like to thank Ronaldo and Leo—their hospitality and friendly smiles made our vacation unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this peaceful place to everyone; if you’re looking for cleanliness, proximity to the sea, and a warm family-run experience, this is the perfect spot.

Everything was perfect! We had a really nice time at Vila Ronaldo. Its a beautiful place, clean near the center and beach, big garden and barbecue area. Ronaldo and his mother were the perfect host, sweet, kind and polite. We recommend it to everyone!

Die Anlage ist neu und das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer sollte Meerblick haben und 40m² groß sein (zu viert). Wir haben auf einen Parkplatz geschaut und das Zimmer war mit viel Wohlwollen max 28m². Trotz mehrerer Zusagen das gebuchte Zimmer zu bekommen war es 4 Nächte im nicht gebuchten Zimmer. Das Badezimmer ist so klein das man jedes mal das ganze Bad unter Wasser setzt wenn man duscht.

Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt

Es war ein ganz neues Hotel. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Unser Balkon war ein Durchgangsbereich, wodurch wir nachts nicht lüften konnten, ohne dass Menschen an unserem offener „Balkontür“ vorbeiliefen. Zudem kam ein nerviges fiependes Geräusch von benachbarten Gebäuden.

Net nieuw, zeer schoon en dichtbij het strand.

Hartelijk ontvangst door moeder en zoon. Onze dochter was jarig en zij hadden een mooie en heerlijke taart geregeld. Bij het ontbijt toegezongen door moeder en zonen, erg leuk! Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met uitzicht op het zwembad.

Bij het douchen wordt de hele badkamer en toilet nat.

Atmosfera w tym hotelu była wspaniała. Gospodarze byli bardzo życzliwi i pomocni, zawsze do dyspozycji. Czułam się tam naprawdę cudownie, prawie jak w domu. Wyjeżdzałam z łezką w oku, to był najlepszy wybór hotelowy, aż chciałoby się wrócić. Oferta śniadaniowa była bardzo smaczna i różnorodna. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do plaży. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na wyjazd. Może jeszcze kiedyś wrócę, by powtórzyć ten cudowny czas w tym miejscu :)

Uns hat es gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr modern war und dass man gleichzeitig noch Frühstück mit inbegriffen hatte, wir sind in der Nebensaison nach Albanien geflogen und dafür gab es trotzdem sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Buffet/Pool, dort war es dann manchmal sehr laut, wenn das Buffet eröffnet wurde

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. La chambre était tout simplement sublime, décorée avec goût et très confortable — nous avons vraiment très bien dormi. Les services proposés sont impeccables et de grande qualité. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner, digne d’un roi : varié, généreux et délicieux ! Le gérant est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriant et aux petits soins pour ses clients. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement, une véritable pépite où l’on se sent accueilli comme chez soi !

Muy recomendable

Si tenemos en cuenta que en Ksamil no hay alojamientos intermedios, Belmond es nuevo, está a unos 8’ caminando de la playa donde se encuentra el Poda y la parada de bus k te lleva a Sarande esta a unos 5’. El precio del ticket de bus es de 1,5€. El desayuno es buffet libre: muy variado y rico. Pero si hay algo a destacar es la atención y amabilidad de Leo y de Vezire, le dedican un montón de horas al día para que los clientes nos sintamos agusto. Muchas gracias por todo.

Soggiorno di relax in monolocale nuovo con piscina "I love ksamil"

Tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e curatissimo, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e dalla movida di ksamil. Piscina sempre aperta, abbiamo fatto il bagno anche la sera tardi, dopo essere rientrati, colazione top. Personale gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione col sorriso. Consigliatissimo.

Nuit très reposante !

L’accueil était très sympathique. Le gérant est très fier de son établissement. La literie est exceptionnelle. Petit déjeuner très bon et garni. C’est très calme et loin du brouhaha du centre.

La piscine et ses équipements sont trop proches des tables de petit déjeuner et de l’accueil donc le sol est mouillé presque en permanence, ce qui le rend glissant et très dangereux.

Het ontbijt was perfect, de locatie lag iets uit het centrum (10 min lopen), maar daardoor had je geen overlast van geluid.
