The hotel was calm and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was done every other day, and the room looked exactly like in the photos. There is free parking available right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was carefully prepared and more than sufficient. The location was peaceful and quiet. We had no issues with hot water, air conditioning, or any other amenities.

Reaching the property may require walking uphill, so it could be challenging if you don’t have a car. Additionally, there is no elevator in the hotel, which might cause difficulties if you have heavy luggage or any mobility issues.

Great stay in Ksamil

The hotel is new, equipped with everything you need for a peaceful stay, near the city center, in a quiet area, parking at the location, away from the busy traffic of Ksamil. Located about 20 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car. Very friendly staff, available to immediately solve any need. The breakfast was delicious, but not very diverse from one day to the next. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend Hotel Adele!

The breakfast was not so varied. The internet worked poorly from time to time. The room was cleaned daily, but they did not refilled the shower gel and toilet paper on time, we had to ask for it when we needed it.

They made us feel like celebrities!

That’s a family hotel that took such a care to us that we felt like Celebrities/VIP. We was there to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. They are extremely kind and doing the extra effort to make us feel confortable. Emilio and his family are the best. We recommand this place and the breakfast is really delicious.

Having shower gel would be good. The walk to the centre of ksamil is approx 14 mins and on way back v uphill.

We stayed at Adele Hotel Ksamil 5 days and it was all over expectations - only good experiences! The hotel was new, modern and clean. The staff was really helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Adele Hotel Ksamil. Thanks for a really nice time.

This doesn’t have anything with the hotel. Just a headsup for others who is traveling to Tirana. We made a reservation on a minivan from Ksamil to Tirana. In my opinion it would be better with the bus from Sarande. The minivan didn’t have AC and it was a long 5 hours trip in the heat.

I recently had the most amazing experience at Adele Hotel in Ksamil! Let me tell you, the staff there was simply fantastic. From the moment I checked in until I left, they treated me like family. Always ready with a warm smile and eager to assist with anything I needed, their friendliness made my stay truly special. Now, let's talk about the room. It was like stepping into a modern oasis. I was told it's a newly opened hotel, and you could definitely tell. The room was so clean and fresh, it felt like I was the first one to ever stay there. The design was sleek and contemporary, and I loved all the little details they put into it. And cleanliness? Oh, they nailed it! I could see how much effort they put into keeping everything spotless, which was so reassuring during my stay. All in all, Adele Hotel is a hidden gem in Ksamil. If you're looking for a place with welcoming staff and modern, clean rooms, this is it. I can't recommend it enough, and I'm already looking forward to going back!

Tolles Personal, modernes Hotel, wunderschöne Strände, rundum zufrieden!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und bereitet einem hier einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Uns wurden auf Nachfrage viele hilfreiche Tipps für leckere Restaurants, schöne Strände, Unternehmungen, Busverbindungen usw. gegeben. Das Hotel ist sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist erste Klasse und lässt keine Wünsche offen! In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels gibt es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindungen. Zum Strand muss man circa 15-20 Minuten laufen, wobei der Weg ein bisschen hügelig, aber trotzdem gut machbar ist. Die Strände in der Nähe sind alle traumhaft schön! Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen!

La struttura è super pulita, nuovissima, molto carina e moderna. Le colazioni sono veramente buone. La posizione è ottima se vuoi stare lontano dal caos di Ksamil ma è necessaria la macchina per arrivare in centro. Lo staff veramente bravo, molto cordiale e disponibile.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua in camera (non funzionavano doccia e lavandino)ma lo staff ha risolto tutto in 5 minuti.

Super hôtel. La chambre est grande et très belle, le petit déjeuner hyper copieux. Il faut la voiture pour aller au centre mais super simple pour se garer devant l’hôtel. Le propriétaire était très gentil et flexible.

Vernünftiges Hotel mit Störfaktor

Alles war sehr sauber, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Auswahl des Frühstücks war okay.

Der Inhaber des Hotels informierte uns im Vorfeld nicht darüber, dass es neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle gibt an der regelmäßig gearbeitet wird. Zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption. Dort konnte man jedes gesprochene Wort und Schritt hören. Hinzukam der Baulärm, der ab morgens um 7:30 Uhr begann. Dann haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt und sind eine Etage nach oben. Dadurch war zumindest der Lärm im Flur morgens weg. Der Inhaber gab uns ein Zimmer direkt eine Etage höher, allerdings auf der selben Seite, da wohl alle Zimmer belegt waren. Die restlichen Tage waren genau gleich. Jeden Morgen ab 07:30 Uhr Baulärm, wodurch ausschlafen im Urlaub nicht wirklich möglich war. Die fehlende Kommunikation des Inhabers im Vorfeld hat uns gestört. Ansonsten hätten wir direkt woanders gebucht, damit wir unseren Urlaub genießen können. Für den Preis mit Baulärm viel zu hoch.

Proprietatea se afla aproape de centru si aproape de toate plajele spectaculoase din Ksamil. Stafful foarte amabil, in permanenta preocupat de nevoile noastre. Camera foarte spațioasă iar curatenia impecabila. Micul dejun bogat.

Nu exista niciun aspect de care sa fim nemultumiti.
