I loved that the property was very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping, all within walking distance. The place is modern and nicely decorated. Also it’s like a gated private property, which was nice to me.
The pool didn’t seem to look super clean.

location
overall everything was good. property needs to be updated a bit. flooring and walls show strong signs of wear and tear. however couple simple things can make property much better. for example, put the same hangers in the down stairs bedroom, get rid of rusted old beach chairs no one is going to use them, clean the entrance doors and outdoor furniture. they don’t make a good first impression
