Apartment had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable so slept well. Overall a spacious apartment that was very comfortable with very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Really struggled to get access codes but partly due to it being dark, late and we were jet lagged so not as prepared as we should have been - you need the booking.com app to access codes. Also sound proofing very poor so we could hear our neighbours which was not a problem as they were also quiet.

Easy access into the apartment with codes provided by the host in advance. Fully functioning fridge/freezer, oven, hob, Microwave Washer and Dryer is on the ground floor for communal use and worked really well. Useful to know if you have kids or going to the beach there were some beach umbrellas and chairs in storage cupboard which was very thoughtful. Extra pillows etc in a cupboard too which was good. 2 bathrooms would be good if staying with friends or children. Nice to meet who i thought was the owner on the day of departure. All in all a nice place in a good spot with a great address

Not the hosts issue but parking is a problem and you need to be prepared to find suitable parking either on the street (super expensive and inconvenient) or a parking lot. For interest we paid $45 per day at South Beach Car Park 200yrds up the road. We travelled low season so easy, high season not so accessible. Pictures on the website seem to be have taken a while ago as the apartment was not quiet what we expected. lighting was poor very dim lighting throughout the apartment. Those with fans seemed not to work well - difficult to turn off lights without turning fans off, probably me. Storage for clothes was a premium we used the second bedroom to leave cases open. There is some hanging space in a storge cupboard. Would have been really helpful to have had a welcome pack with instructions on wifi codes/how to use stuff that kind of thing.

Location is great. Barbara was super helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Coming back in nine days ….
