This is a wonderful house by the sea with views of Mount Athos and the sea. Near the house there is a wonderful shady area, lots of greenery and coolness. The house has everything you need. We really enjoyed our vacation. We would love to come back.

Tranquillità, pulizia, terrazza ventosa e carina, in casa c era tutto il necessario, posizione strategica per le spiagge più belle del sud di Sithonia.
La zona molto tranquilla tra i campeggi ma la spiaggia di sykia un po’ sporca e con tanti edifici abbandonati intorno.

Amazing property, big, clean, comfy, everything inside like home, great veranda, amazing view to Athos, just in front of the sea, can sleap 4 people, big kitchen, one can cook there if desired, quiet place, friendly people, super market so close, by feed, i definitely recommend it !!!

The studio is just 2 minutes walk from a gorgeous, low key and relatively under developed sandy beach. It is a comfy, clean and well equipped place to stay for people who like quiet, proximity to low-key tasty places to eat and clean, clear blue seas to swim in.The owner is lovely. We felt that we were taken care of while still being independent and private. The room is clean and well furnished with everything you need. Just fabulous.
