About this villa rental
We rent out our sea view family house with swimming pool at La Croix-Valmer in the peninsula of Saint Tropez, nive view on Levant and Port-Cros islands. It is located 2 km from the village and 900 meters from the Héraclée beach by a path through vineyards.. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people.
Designer house, built 1983, south facing, sea view, living area of 150 sqm, reversible climate control in the four bedrooms.
Garden level (parking level) : 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with bay windows leading to the south facing terrace with sea view and wardrobe.
A shower room with washbasin, window and separate toilet
Half level : 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with sea view window and wardrobe
A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, double window and separate toilet with window
Ground floor : living room with large bay windows opening onto terraces with sea view and scrubland view. Two sofas, coffee table, armchairs, fireplace.
Interior dining room with table for 8 people.
Independent fitted kitchen with window, separated from the living room by a bar table : American fridge with ice cube dispenser, oven, microwave oven, induction cooking plate, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.
Utility room equipped with sink, washing machine and dryer.

We spent our summer holidays in this property with our two grown up sons. The house was spacious serving 4 bedrooms - all climatized. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed having our breakfasts or dinners on the terrasse with a breath-taking sea view. There are several lounge areas around the house all of which benefit of the view. The pool area is spacious as well with comfortable sun loungers. The pool is splendid and was well used. The location of the property is ideal with the lovely beaches of Gigaro, the center of La Croix Valmer and various excellent restaurants close at hand. We can highly recomend this place.
