About this house rental
The house consists of 2 apartments linked together by an external staircase. The large apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace and a barbecue.
There is a master bedroom with its own bathroom (WC, shower and bathtub). This room has its private access to the terrace and is located just above a century-old olive tree.
The other two bedrooms share the bathroom with the shower and each has a double bed.
On the terrace you can have lunch almost all year round with a view of Cavalaire Bay.
The house was built in the early 1950s by my grandfather in the Provencal tradition with very thick walls that allow you to stay cool all summer. The garden is very green, which also allows you to constantly have freshness and a multitude of colors.
The small apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The larger of the two bedrooms is the children's corner with 4 beds (2 * 2 bunk beds). It is happiness for children who spend unforgettable holidays with cousins or friends. In front of the small apartment, a shaded garden furniture allows you to spend cool afternoons. The garden is made in terraces so that everyone can find a moment of tranquility and freshness.
The house also has a 10m x 5m swimming pool with a barbecue at its level. Deckchairs and mattresses are provided. Around the pool there is a lawn area where you can play ball games, relax.
The rental is for the entire house.

We used this house for a family reunion with some family in La Croix Valmer - it was the perfect layout for a big family with mixed ages. Even though it is a traditional (a bit dated) French cottage - it has all the right things updated - amazing plumbing, showers, etc. All we needed in the kitchen, orange trees to eat off of and the most magical view. Thank you so much to you and your family for letting us use your home!

Very nice villa on a superb location. Lovely view towards the bay and Cavalaire sur mer. Walking distance to La Croix Valmer, but the way back is very steep up hill! Nice swimming pool, 7 sunloungers, bbq, several nice terraces. The Villa is charming, but old. Bathrooms need an upgrade and airconditioning in the bedrooms would be convenient.

The property is located at a steep hillside looking southwards to the sea. The nicely decorated house looks like it hasn't changed much since the 70s but is well preserved. A large covered veranda provides plenty of room and a splendid view over the bay. The treasure is the garden on two levels with its flowering trees and bushes.
