About this house rental
The villa is located between Ramatuelle 5 minutes drive from the beach of Gigaro, quiet in a residence with guard on a shaded ground of 3. 500 m² with private pool of 10 x 5 m.
It includes 3 bedrooms with French windows overlooking south facing terracotta terraces, parquet floors pvc redone in May 2017. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, moon with bath and shower, separate toilet. A chalet for 2 people accessible from the villa and the pool by a staircase, to the blind with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, Norman furniture with antique wardrobe, terrace of 3.50 m redone in nine May 2017
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and large fridge / freezer 2016), ceramic hob and integrated oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, new crockery in sufficient quantity. The hallways and living room are paved with terracotta and furnished with stylish furniture. Fireplace in the living room. The valuable decorative trinkets as well as the carpets at risk of breakage have been removed so that your children can enjoy the interior in peace.
The kitchen and living room also overlook the terraces to the South. Large table to eat on the terrace (about 10 people, 2016), white chairs, armchairs, garden furniture on the terraces, 2 electric barbecues.
The private pool approx. 11m x 5 (pool 2 times / week) is separated from the villa by a fence and 2 lockable gates.

A wonderful house! We were warmly welcomed by Mr Rio, who immediately helped us make a reservation at a good restaurant. The layout of the house is quite spacious, the kitchen is large enough to cook for a group, and the outdoor area is designed so that everyone has their own place. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, which is also quite manageable. You can easily drive to facilities in the village, as well as to a town like Saint Tropez. This is a house where I would love to spend another holiday!
