Villa Antje welcomes you to a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren. With its modern design elements, the house blends stylishly into the classic resort architecture of the Baltic Sea resort thanks to its design and color scheme. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the North Beach with the Bernstein Promenade, the Kurplatz, and the unspoiled South Beach. A supermarket is located about 100 meters away, and other shopping options as well as restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
Villa Antje, Apt. 05 with terrace:
This very lovingly and tastefully furnished 2-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor and offers approximately 50 m² of living space. This non-smoking apartment is ideal for up to 2–3 people. On the partially covered terrace (east-facing), complete with its own beach chair, you can start the day with a good breakfast in the morning sun. The modern and cozy furnishings are complemented by a tasteful color scheme and, together with unique Rügen-themed artwork, create an immediate vacation atmosphere. Beautiful furniture combined with attractive decor and state-of-the-art amenities leave nothing to be desired. In the living room, a cozy couch (converts to a bed for a third person; 1.20 m x 2.00 m), a reading lamp, the dining table, and the kitchenette—which is harmoniously integrated into the living area—create a pleasant living atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, a toaster, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a coffee maker with a thermos, a De’Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, and various kitchen utensils. Modern flat-screen TVs are available in both the living room and the bedroom. A PEAQ micro audio system with radio, CD player, memory card/USB playback, and Bluetooth connectivity, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi round out the amenities. The attractive bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), two nightstands, insect screens, and a wardrobe. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. A modern and comfortably equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer is available. An elevator provides access to the apartment’s assigned underground parking space No. 5 (clearance height 2.00 m) in the basement. There you’ll also find a shared bicycle storage room and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. To explore the surrounding area, 2 bicycles (1 women’s e-bike and 1 men’s trekking bike) are available for your use; however, this is not part of the rental agreement. Pets are welcome for a fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels, 2 dish towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
