Really cosy nicely decorated rooms. Lovely and clean. Just a perfect no hassle nice place to stay. Hanh the housekeeper was amazing made sure she had everything we needed and also helped out massively when i realised i had left my bag in the cafe next door, she managed to give it to a bus company and ensured it got to me safely in Hoi An, i can’t thank her enough!

Everything was great! It was my second time in this hotel because I loved it the first time. Highly recommend it!

A lovely, clean, safe, and modern apartment in the middle of a nice peaceful area of Hue. Great coffee at the little coffee shop downstairs.

A rail for drying towels / clothes in the bathroom would be helpful.

Location was good, near to several local food stalls and walkable to night walking street. The property made some efforts with modern design and fittings however I found many issues with my stay, unfortunately.

The original room I booked was on the first floor, with living room sliding doors opening right to the side of main entrance, and for that reason I cannot open any doors or windows (so no fresh air, when the room smelled musty and humid). Then, I found out both bath towels had stains on them (I was told they were rust stains but I thought it was unacceptable). Wifi did not work in rooms. Some lights were not working (they have many lights on each switch but only 1 seems to be connected) The bathroom clogs/ floods! RUST STAINS on towels (all of them!) (Another thing I found strange was the front door and the first room on the ground floor shared the same key code.. you can’t lock the doors in another way from outside, which didn’t make me feel safe.)
