Good for a sunny weekend away from it all

This accommodation was still pretty new and in great nick. Everything works well and it really does have everything you need, and in good quality. It is really is sad though to see how some people think it's ok to nick stuff, which you can see from some non-matching cutlery and crockery. Shower is good, hot water right away, good water pressure etc. Induction cooker, good range of pots and pans, all the necessary basic utensils. Even coffee filters if you have forgotten to bring your own. Everything is about as small as it can be without it being too small. And the heating worked well, so no worries about being cold at night. Bedding and towels all top. The units are quite cleverly positioned at slight angles to one another so you have a bit of distance from the neighbours. If you want to grill you can do so outside your igloo with a rented grill. This is the shape and size of a beer crate, but is made of metal and normally comes filled with coals and the lighters, all for 25 Euros. Like the igloo it's just about big enough for 4 people.

While the main bed "room" is pretty good the convertible one in the kitchen area is a bit of a fiddle to set up - nowhere to put the fold up table and quite a lot of reorganising your stuff needed. And the cushions don't make for a very comfy mattress. Neither of our kids slept particularly well on this bed. There is a small window over the door and as it doesn't have a curtain and the light coming from outside (e.g. from moon) can be disturbing (and the fridge makes quite a racket). Also bear in mind that the person sleeping on the inside of both beds will have to climb over the other person to get out of bed (e.g. toilet in the night). These aren't really complaints but just observations for a proprietor who appears to trying to cover all bases or for anyone who isn't used to staying in caravans or mobile homes. If you book with Booking.com it's pretty confusing with the deposit. The breakdown of the price might mislead you into thinking that the price you are paying includes a 100 euro refundable deposit and that the whole thing actually costs 100 euros less than the listed price. When I asked about this on checking out the proprietor let me know in no uncertain terms that they don't take any deposits and that the price for the accommodation is the full amount.
