Overall nice stay

This is very near from Rathaus. Bus connectivity, train connectivity and plenty of restaurants are near by. Rooms are good overall.

Room Heating is not proper then and there, atleast I faced it many times. There is no manual heating temperature control, everything is automatic and it is quite not good.

The host is very good.

It was spacy and two bathrooms. Kitchen and fridge was good. The apartment had what is needed. But not more. It is best for one nights stay. The host is good. Key is easy to get.

I am missing a living room. Some men not living at the place in dark army cloth were smoking in the back yard of the building. With stone faces. Wifi missing. Or Wifi code not available. Television instructions. Parking is two streets away. These "not like things" are not important to us. We stayed one night. Also the address is difficult to understand. It is left out in the booking confirmation. In Apple Maps it is number 32. In reality it is 37 of Ringstrasse. Strange :-)

Zumutung mangels Alternativen

Der Erste Eindruck war ansprechend. Das Bad war OK.

Nach wenigen Augenblicken roch es nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch, die Fensterflügel hatte man beim Öffnen in der Hand. Flecke auf dem Teppich, vergamelte Pizza im Karton auf der Terasse. Das eine Rollo ging nicht zu schließen (Kette ausgehackt), Kleiderständer wackelig, Wasserhahn in der Küche läuft nach und tropft ewig nach. Die ganze Nacht Unruhe von oben. Die Kaffeemaschine: der Griff der Kaffeekanne hakt sich schon bei geringem befüllen aus ( Verbrühungsgefahr). Der Wasser Kocher funktioniert nicht.....die ganze Wohnung ist einfach abgerockt.

Ich brauchte während einen längeren Fahrt eine kurzfristige Schlafgelegenheit. Der Check-in war sehr einfach. Aber leider war ich sehr enttäuscht von dem Apartment.

Ich fühlte mich leider sehr unwohl. Es roch unangenehm nach kaltem Rauch. Die Beleuchtung und Ausstattung waren nicht einladend.

die Lage zur Stadt und in unserem Fall zum Krankenhaus war sehr gut. die Betreuung der Wohnung war super, jederzeit erreichbar

kleine (!!) Verbesserung, Garderobenhaken im Eingangsbereich und Fleecedecken für Betten und zum sitzen
