Es hat Alles gepasst, eine schön helle und funktionale Wohnung, die voll ausgestattet ist. Zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne.

die Lage zur Stadt und in unserem Fall zum Krankenhaus war sehr gut. die Betreuung der Wohnung war super, jederzeit erreichbar

This is very near from Rathaus. Bus connectivity, train connectivity and plenty of restaurants are near by. Rooms are good overall.
Room Heating is not proper then and there, atleast I faced it many times. There is no manual heating temperature control, everything is automatic and it is quite not good.
