Exceptional

The apartment is located in a new residential building very close to the city park and center. It's very suitable for a long-term stay as the host provided anything you might need such as cooking amenities, cutlery, etc. The place was extremely clean and the host was very easygoing which made our stay pleasurable and we definitely would book this place again if we ever happen to be in Sandanski. It was better than a 5-star hotel!

Some things you must know about this place.

The apartment is centrally located next to the park. It is very clean, very well equipped, quiet and has a nice bathroom. It has good WiFi and a comfortable big bed.

When we entered the apartment we were very disappointed about the view. The apartment is located down at the back of the building with a view from the living room on a similar building 10 meters away. The promised view on the park is very euphemistically only possible from the very small loggia, beyond the parking lot, which is right behind the gloomy loggia. Another disappointment was the parking lot itself.To reach it you have to go down (or up) from a steep, narrow slope and make a too sharp corner to get there. Parking is not always possible there and it is also difficult to find a place elsewhere. The balcony or terrace is in fact a small, dark loggia with a view on the parking lot. The pictures on Booking don't tell the whole story unfortunately.

Highly recommend it

Everything. Staff was exceptionally kind and obliging. Location is great (you are on 30 seconds walking from the accomodation to the wonderful park and city center). Flat was perfectly clean. Building has a private parking.

Although accomodation is on a great location (in city center), reaching it is not straightforward (at least how Google Maps routed us). However, I am under impression that is the same for any other accomodation in the center because of city configuration. There is a chance I am wrong since this was my first time in Sandanski.

Perfect location

The host was very polite and welcomed us. She had reserved a parking spot for us. Everything was clean. Wr stay for a night. The park and the main street in Sandanski are just a minute away. In the apartment you have enough facilities to cook. Very nice place. I am recommending it.
