Great view, average standard

The best part about this place is the view and the location. Big size balcony and seating for two. Apartament overall is ok too but some work might be needed to upgrade. Overall bed was comfortable, and there were blankets for cold nights. The kitchen was fairly ok equipped to prepare meals. Good size living room, nice and tidy. Tiled floors to make flat look clean and bright.

Be prepared this is not a high standard apartment. Bathroom had some mould and could use some scrubbing. Towels provided were not dried well and had smell of dump. They do not provide toiletries so you need your own. In the kitchen while it has things that you can work with some dishes seem random. Cabinets could use a carpenter to fix them up better. Not a modem kitchen for sure. WiFi was not great as well, it was in and out. This is a type of flat for those that are not very demanding but focus on good side like eg view.

Disappointing stay

The location on the promenade facing the ocean. Unit was very spacious for 2 people.

The manager did not meet us on arrival, and there were problems opening the lockbox. When we entered the apartment, the bathroom light was flickering on and off. We informed the manager immediately. During the night, when trying to switch the light on, it blew the main fuse. We could not communicate with anyone as the WiFi was now unavailable. In the morning, we were forced to go to a nearby hotel to have something to eat and to use their Internet to contact the manager. Around midday, he notified us that the power was back on. All this could have been avoided. It was a rainy, cold week, and the heating in the living area was poor. We asked for replacement towels after 4 days, as there was no way to dry them adequately for 9 days. These were not provided. Generally, it was a poor experience. Unless owners/managers are located in close vicinity, rentals can not be properly managed.

Disappointing.

The view and location were very good, close to the beach and the centre of Estepona.

The property itself. From the moment we opened the door to find a shabby torn blind hanging off the window our expectations were dashed. We had a quick look in the bathroom as we passed that and like the rest of the property it was is desperate need of an update - it was like travelling back in time to the 1970s and the one glass provided was filthy. We then came across the second bedroom the door on which could not be closed as the bed was in the way - a point made by many other reviewers over the years. The kitchen again was shabby and dated with a lack of glassware and nothing matched, the kettle ceased working on the second day and although reported nothing was done, indeed not even an acknowledgent was received of our report. On entering the main bedroom the bed linen did not look as if it had been ironed and the bed itself was way past its' best and was very uncomfortable and the springs made a noise with every slight movement preventing a decent nights' sleep, again this has been mentioned by previous guests over the years and yet again no action taken. We had booked the property for 7 nights but decided to leave the property after the 4th night as the place was so depressing.

The lorries collected Street rubbish from outside in the middle of the night which was quite loud - but not the property’s fault

Excelentisimo

Cómodo, limpio, ubicación cercana a todos los negocios de la zona. Situado en el paseo maritimo, Zona tranquila para familia con niños, limpieza en Chipiona. Buen acceso, por carretera.... A un kilómetro, Mercadona. A 3 kilómetros Carrefour. Parking gratuito a 1 Kilómetro andando Precio insuperable. Gracias al dueño por su gran profesionalidad.

Bonito apartamento frente al mar

El apartamento tiene una magnífica ubicación, justo en frente de la playa y con todo lo necesario cerca: restaurantes, supermercados, pubs, chiringuitos, etc. Es muy luminoso y espacioso y tal y como se ve en las fotos. El balcón es grande y tiene unas vistas preciosas a la playa. El sofá cama y la cama de matrimonio son cómodos. Dispone de todo lo necesario para la estancia. El acceso al apartamento es rápido y cómodo y tiene buena relación calidad-precio. Hay un parking de pago por 17€ al día justo al lado. La playa es bonita y tranquila.

La comunicación con el anfitrión no es muy buena ya que le preguntamos dudas varias veces y algunas no contestó. Las toallas tenían un fuerte olor a humedad y las camas individuales necesitan un cambio. El wifi funciona fatal. Estaría bien proporcionar dos juegos de llaves en lugar de uno.
