The bed room has a king size bed and closet. The living room has 2 sofa beds. One with queen and one with twin. Beautiful updated condo perfect for a week at Seabrook! Updated kitchen ready to be used, or enjoy one of the great local restaurants close by! Large, walk in shower with rainfall shower head. Perfect after a day outside on Seabrook.
Beach chairs, sand toys, and more provided in outside storage closet. TV in the living room and bedroom with YouTubeTV for your convenience. Coffee maker, iron, toaster, hair dryer, and other conveniences for you. Beautiful community pool overlooking the marsh. Enjoy the sunset over the marsh from the Bay Pointe dock.

Great stay.....there was a lot to like at this condo. Clean, pest free, great views of marsh with a south exposure that avoids hot afternoon sun, nicely updated with great shower and comfortable bed, great communication with owners. Would happily stay here again.

We have stayed in Bay Pointe multiple times for our anniversary, this is first at Gates Secluded and it was top notch!

Stayed at many, many VRBO’s, this one fell short on the clean factor.
House was in a fine location, VRBO was definitely not a 10/10 on cleanliness. Mirrors had hand prints, bed had literal sand in it, bathroom sink and mirror had absolutely not been wiped down. (Toothpaste splatter all over the mirror)
Also, upon arrival the building address where you go to get your pass for the island is incorrect & closed.
Overall wouldn't book here again, but we did still enjoy seabrook!
