The condo is just as pictured,; Clean and nice (with the exception of the dead roach on the master bedroom floor). The king size bed is very comfortable.
However, a family of two adults and two small children occupied the unit above me and there was constant thumping around from early morning to late night. I could hear showers running, toilets flushing, conversations, etc. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the units.
