Big spacious A-frame cottage with evrth needed for a family of four. Diners and breakfast are served, no need to go anywhere. Nice and big territory around the house, lots of fruits and vegetables growing nearby - our dinner was from veggies from the garden and homemade cheese from the hostšŸ˜Š
Visited Armenia in September, so Ararat was closed by mist or haze, so couldnā€™t verify the view šŸ˜But itā€™s not what the property is responsible foršŸ™‚

Friendly host, huge garden with fruits , great tasty breakfast, fully equipped kitchen, common leaving room where we met with other guests and wonderful view from the shared balcony

Lovely family owned guest house / cottage, super friendly people, always eager to help with any questions or needs. I felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely recommend. No doubt Iā€™m coming back in summer.

They were kind. I was feeling cold at night. They did not have anu heater so they gave me 2 extra blankets. I liked their cherry garden.
Description of private bathroom was misleading. It was actually outside the room. We changed to a room with ensuite bathroom and had to pay more. Toilet not flushing well. You have to wait long for cistern to refill. Breakfast so so. No place to hang clothes. Hair dryer quite old. Only one setting. Basically no facilities. Better stay in city area for the price we paid.
