About this house rental
The cottage is located in Saint-Fiacre, a small, peaceful rural village in the Côtes d'Armor in Brittany.
Gite d' Avaugour located 1.2 km from the educational farm
For sure you will spend a weekend or an unusual and friendly stay. A natural and unique cottage for holidays in Brittany between land and sea... with an ideal environment to recharge your batteries.
Located in the heart of the village, an ideal place also for festive events (birthday / retirement / family event, etc.), the set of 3 cottages with (Le Bois Meur and the Ty Vorn) offers a total capacity of 25 beds and is located between 2 communal rooms that can accommodate from 100 to 150 people. A nature area with its lake enhances this place and invites you to relax.
Its path accessible to strollers and wheelchairs allows you to take full advantage of the site. You will also find picnic tables.
Children will be able to enjoy a playground suitable for 1 to 12 year olds, while petanque enthusiasts will appreciate the 15-lane bowling alley for beautiful games with family or friends.
Description of the gîte :
On the first floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility)
Equipped kitchen with dining area:
Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, food processor, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board open to the relaxation area with TV (if not occupied in the room).
An "Oak" room:
including 2 single beds (possibility to pair them in 180×200), a dresser, side table with lamp, television. This room can also be modulated into a lounge area.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, PRM washbasin, WC, towel dryer, storage unit, hair dryer.
Heating: Oil and Electric.
Terrace with garden furniture, small furniture, deckchairs and barbecue and a covered courtyard.
Private enclosed garden of 550 m2.
1 Enclosed outdoor toilet.
Parking is free and is done along the house on the street or in a parking lot at the back of the accommodation with a view of your car.
Surface area approximately 100m2.
Upstairs:
1 shower room and separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 "Spruce": equipped with 2 beds 90×200 with side tables and bedside lamp, 1 dresser, coat rack.
Bedroom 2 "Chestnut": equipped with 2 beds 90×200 with side tables and bedside lamp, 1 wardrobe.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 "Hawthorn": 2 beds 90×200 with side tables and bedside lamp, 1 wardrobe. Communicating with the Beech room.
"Beech room": 2 non-bunk wooden beds in 90 x 190, 1 dresser, coat rack.
All our individual beds can be converted into king size.
Options: sheets €20/double bed, €15/single bed – towels €10/family.
It is also a unique experience at the educational farm
One of the great assets of the gîte is its privileged access to the educational farm Les Ânes de Min Guen. Young and old alike will be able to enjoy great experiences in contact with the animals.

La location est conforme à l'annonce, propre et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. L'accès et les animations à la ferme sont un plus que nous avons très apprécié.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Sylvie et Jacky !
Nous avons été très bien reçus par Sylvie, le gîte est très bien équipé pour 8 personnes, rien à dire ... que du bien !
Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de faire l’escape game et la visite de la ferme, 2 activités gentiment proposées par Sylvie et Jacky.
