Large family house with all comforts in the middle of a private forest.
It is composed of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces each with a kitchen, a laundry room.
2 bedrooms, 1 walk-in shower room and large toilet are on the first floor allowing PRM access.

PRM access is possible.
In another terraced house there is a "relaxation" room with a jacuzzi and sports equipment.

Water consumption is included. Electricity consumption is re-billed at cost price.
During school holidays, the house is rented by the week.

- Village of the forges of the rooms 5 minutes away, former steel site dating from the 18th and 19th century completely renovated. Museum and visit of the village possible. Special discount for our travellers.
- 2km away, the village of Sainte Brigitte offers an excellent creperie and a bar.
- 5 km away, the Nantes-Brest canal will allow you to go on beautiful bike rides!
- 5 km away, the Abbey of Bon Repos can be visited, in July and August night shows will allow you to retrace the history of this historic place.
- 10km away, communes with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy..)
- 15km away, Lake Guerledan is a superb lake offering beach, water skiing, pedal boats, restaurant..
