If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival.
-For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.

Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
