About this house rental
So much natural light from the expansive windows as well as soaring ceilings make this the perfect open and airy place for your stay in the mountains.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom A-frame home boasts a large open livingroom with a charming wood-burning fireplace as the centerpiece. The Master and guest bedroom are on the main level, sporting Queen-sized beds. Up above, through the metal spiral staircase, you'll find a loft space overlooking the main area of the home with a bedroom on either side (Full, 2 Twins) and an additional bathroom.
This home has two parking areas, an open deck, and a lower level with access to the laundry. Newly added paved parking pad leads down into a firepit area next to the house, which then continues either to the front door or the rear steps up to the deck.
Located only a few minutes from Main Street Highlands, so you can enjoy your getaway without being too out-of-reach from the many shops and restaurants that Downtown has to offer!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.

Great property. Loved the fireplace and downstairs area. Upstairs sheets not clean but otherwise nice place. Possible paranormal experiences.
