About this house rental
The quintessential Highlands charmer makes its way into the new age! This home is what vacationing in downtown Highlands is all about - the luxury of being close to downtown while exuding sophistication and style. A recent remodel has totally transformed this mountain cabin that now boasts exquisite details and décor such as beautifully refinished hardwood floors, 3 remodeled bedrooms, 3 renovated full baths, and lower level bonus room with half bath. The layout is very functional - the living room sits just off of the kitchen with a wood burning fireplace as the centerpiece. It opens to a dedicated dining space that leads to the back deck. Covered and screened, that back deck is spacious, allowing you to open up the doors to enjoy the mild summer days on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau. The modern conveniences haven't been forgotten....flat screen tv's in the living room and two bedrooms along with wifi internet. Main level has a Master Suite (King) with access to the screened porch, and 2 guest bedrooms (Queens) on either side of the Kitchen. The owners have endeavored to make the most of the space on the painted mason-brick lower level, which has a second laundry machine set and a 4th bonus room with a Full and Twin bed, and a unique split half-bath. CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
You may purchase Travel insurance to cover your trip for cancellations. Contact Highlands Vacation Rentals for details.
