Excellent facilities including a clean and warm pool, and a full equipped kitchen. We also found the rooms all being identical very helpful, especially as there were 3 couples on the trip, so this made the room arrangements fair. The house had a lovely atmosphere and was well kept.

The location seemed to be a problem at times-the area appears to heavily rely on Ubers and multiple times we were left cancelled on for hours due to no drivers wanting to leave Dubrovnik that far, so consider this when booking.

The property is just beautiful inside and out, the views are spectacular and it is close enough to the hustle and bustle but also great for peace and tranquility. Play park was also perfect. Nearby neighbours were also lovely. The place was so spotlessly clean, we were amazed at immaculate it was.

The pool was a little cold for the baby and toddler. Older children and also adults, the temperature would be good for.

Perfect villa to relax with family and friends, outside the hussle-bussle of Dubrovnik

Very homely and modern villa. Spacious outside with large pool, dning area, big BBQ outdoor kitchenette, and kids play area. Welcoming host, with some key essentials needed for week's stay, including fresh milk, fruit, wine, and beers for arrival. Very quiet location to relax with family and friend, with a 10-minute walk into Zaton waterfront.

Nothing for the villa itself. Logistics: Challenging for Uber drivers to find the Location due to off-road access and unbuilt access roads. But we went into in Dubrovnik three-times within the 7 night stay Trying to navigate the main road for Southern Croatia to get to the Zaton waterfront (downhill on a bend with fast cars next to the Pizzeria) Expensive taxis (Dubrovnik in general) - Approximately 40-50 Euro each-way in a taxi to centre of Dubrovnik, 60-70 euro from the airport. However, over the week we learned that this seems to be common practice for the Dubrovnik area, and an increase in costs for the hospitality sector.

Amazing villa, spotless, beyond expectations.

Exceptional villa, the cleanest villa I have ever stayed in, and had all facilities and kitted out with everything you need and more. Lovely location, 10 min walk down hill to Zaton, but did have to cross main road. Only 15 mins to old Dubrovnik by Uber for 16€. You would not regret picking this villa.

Villa is very nice, has great facilities and is really nicely decorated.

Only negative for me is that the pool said it was heated but never got to a temperature that was suitable for my 15 month old son

Pretty much everything is perfect. When people start to know about this villa it will be fully booked I’m sure. Property manager Ivan could not be more helpful. It’s actually better than the description.

I would go back again to this Villa.

The house was very clean and all the appliances were new I believe. The location was a little bit outside but you could still walk to the shops and beach. The pool was just perfect and no one disturbed us at all.

The only few things we saw as negative was that the knives were not sharp in the kitchen. :-)

Traumhaus Traumurlaub

Unsere Unterkunft hat uns super gefallen! Alles war sehr sauber, die Aufteilung des Hauses war perfekt, und draußen hatte man einen tollen Überblick – besonders praktisch mit kleinen Kindern. Den Kindern hat es unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht: Sie konnten im Pool planschen oder auf dem Spielplatz spielen. Das Örtchen ist total schön – man kann wunderbar spazieren gehen, essen oder etwas trinken. Wir haben auch einen Bootsausflug direkt vom Ort aus gemacht. Dubrovnik ist schnell erreichbar. Dort haben wir einige schöne Strände besucht und natürlich auch die Altstadt und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub! Das Haus ist phänomenal und absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn Fragen aufkamen, konnten wir sie schnell und unkompliziert mit dem Eigentümer klären. Alles war einfach super! 🌞
