Really lovely villa. Spacious and wonderfully cool. All the facilities we could have needed. We used the host’s recommended driver for our airport transfers and that made things very easy. Hosts were really welcoming and had thoughtfully provided us milk, juices and a few items for breakfast so that we didn’t immediately need to head off to the supermarket to stock up. We used the outdoor kitchen with its grill a few times as we didn’t always want to be walking down the hillside to eat by the water every evening. The pool was perfect - just what you needed after a trip out in the heat during the daytime.
We knew that there would be steps down and back. It really is on a hillside, so unless you get a Uber or taxi into Dubrovnik, be prepared to descend a flight of steps to the 2 local supermarkets, and a further flight down to the water where there are a couple of restaurants. We took to buying any supplies we needed before getting an Uber back to the villa some days. It wasn’t a problem for us, we were all fairly fit. One of the bedrooms had problems with cold showers on a couple of occasions. The hosts were helpful and once we had accidentally flipped a heating switch that was situated by a light switch. The other time we concluded was a problem with the heating system. I’m sure the hosts will be sorting that as they couldn’t be more helpful. A simple villa instruction manual might be useful for future guests which could also include where the supermarkets and local eateries.

This property had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, it was honestly the best home from home base for exploring the coast. The bedrooms were super comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and you have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The hosts were super helpful and approachable, they even did a little shop for us before arrival, so we had basics in if we needed/wanted to eat, which was a lovely touch! We honestly LOVED our stay and would recommend Villa Nila to anyone looking for a private villa with parking in and around the Dubrovnik area, you couldn’t find better.
Only very minor issue we had was that the WiFi could be temperamental, but it wasn’t a big issue, and the hosts were available on WhatsApp to assist with rectifying this.

Extremely accommodating owner. Went out of her way to ensure that we got off to a good start, and checked in regularly to see that everything was working out for us.
There's the equivalent of 250 stairs down to the supermarket for supplies and morning coffee so need to be fit. Otherwise, you'll need to rent a scooter or car. Ubers are readily available to get back and forward to Old City or other destinations.

Very friendly hosts who helped us to arrange airport transfers and were waiting for early morning check-in at the apartment with some food and beverages for long-trip travellers. It was a very wam welcome and start for a holiday! Accommodation is great having enough privacy with separated rooms and very relaxed pool and terraces to spend time together. BBQ at the pool with nice views having dinner is absolutely fantastic. We were with family and teenagers (totally 6 persons), and this villa was working for all of us! Close enough to grocery to get what we needed, however quite many stairs to climb up back to the house. Location is outside of main town and to see different places it is probably better to have a car. There is also private garage connected to the house. We rented scooters and took trips both north and south of Dubrovnik and it was very convenient way to explore the area. I would easily recommend this villa, especially for a small group who want to stay together in nice and clean house and enjoy beautiful views.
