Welcome to Villa Florence - Mediterranean Garden&Pool, a beautiful oasis of peace situated just 50 meters from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. Located in the picturesque and tranquil seaside village of Zaton Mali, right in the heart of Zaton Bay, this villa represents the perfect choice for travelers seeking a relaxing holiday away from the city crowds, yet only a 15-minute drive from the Pearl of the Adriatic – Dubrovnik.
Ideal for families with children or groups of friends, Villa Florence comfortably accommodates 8 to 9 guests (8+1), offering a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and proximity to all key amenities.
The villa features a smartly designed layout with separate apartments, giving you privacy when you need it and spacious common areas when you want to gather together:
Ground Floor (Spaciousness & Comfort): Here you will find a large apartment consisting of an entrance hall, two airy bedrooms with queen-size beds, and two modern bathrooms with showers. The living room is ideal for unwinding, and you have not one, but two well-equipped kitchens with a dining area at your disposal. The dining area opens onto a beautiful back terrace furnished with an outdoor table—perfect for your morning coffee or evening al fresco dining surrounded by Mediterranean greenery.
Second Floor (Privacy with a View): An external staircase leads from the pool area up to the second floor, which features two charming, smaller units:
Studio Apartment: Equipped with its own kitchen, dining table, queen-size bed, bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony.
1-Bedroom Apartment: Features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed (ideal for 1 additional guest). It also includes a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sea views.
Although the sea is just a few steps away, the heart of the property features your very own private heated swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck and garden space—the perfect spot for a refreshing dip at any time of day.
Zaton Bay is a closed bay, making the sea here exceptionally calm and warm. The area offers various beaches, including sandy, pebbly, and rocky options. If you are traveling with young children, the sandy and pebbly coves are perfect for carefree playing in the shallows and learning to swim without any worries. After a day of swimming, you can treat yourself to local seafood specialties at nearby restaurants.
Forget about the car! Everything you need is within a short walking distance: a grocery shop, ATM, bus stop (with a direct line to Dubrovnik), as well as excellent bars and restaurants.

**Getting to the Villa:**
Villa Florence is located at Obala Stjepana Radica 57, in the peaceful village of Zaton Mali. If you are arriving by car, we offer complimentary private parking on-site for your convenience.
For a seamless start to your holiday, we can arrange airport transfers directly to the villa. Please contact us in advance to book a van or minibus, and we will handle the rest. Public transport and taxis are also readily available from Dubrovnik and the airport.
**Arrival & Key Collection:**
We provide an in-person check-in service to welcome you, show you around the property, and answer any initial questions you may have. This ensures you can settle in comfortably and know how everything works.
Please note:
* A standard in-person check-in is available. Please confirm your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule your welcome.
* For arrivals after our standard check-in hours, a late check-in service is available for an additional fee.

This villa made up from 3 apartments, is brilliantly located near to the sea, several good restaurants and a shop., and within 20 mins drive time of Dubrovnik. We received a very warm welcome and was able to check in earlier than the agreed time. The spacious apartments suited us as it allowed everyone their own space but also great communal areas inc the outdoor sitting area, the fabulous pool and gardens. Each kitchen was well-equipped (not that I cooked much!), the bathrooms were clean and modern, sitting areas neat and tidy, and the bedrooms were clean and comfy. Everything was as described. The pool area was very relaxing with cushioned sunbeds, a good size sun umbrella and plenty of small tables for drinks and snacks, The pool itself was a good size, well-maintainted and also had a jacuzzi setting! We were lucky to make use of some inflateables left by the previous guests. Mali Zaton is a lovely relaxing bay with an easy walkway following the coastline to Zaton, where there are more restaurants. The water is crystal clear and heaving with fish and you can also hire paddle boards & kayaks. You can also hire a boat including crew, which I can highly recommend - Petra Travel (find them on facebook). Uber is easy and although we had a car, we often booked taxis both locally and into Dubrovnik. I would really like to thank Maja, who managed the villa and gave us wonderful tips on where to go and what to do, as well as finding us some extra bits and pieces. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Villa Blue Bay
