Excellent location, nice view, good amenities, comfy beds

Very noisy staircase down to the bathroom. Entrance to the property could be better. Stair carpet grubby and rear garden access would look more inviting with a fence paint , bench paint and sign to say McLaren house. Handsoap and 2 dishwasher tablets would be a nice touch for people like myself who forgot them

Stained pillows, filthy court yard my partner had to clean up dog poop, faulty cooker, the twice we tried to use it all the lights flickered, the amount of stairs this was not made clear in the description which caused issues due to my restricted mobility. The crockery was very limited and the tin opener did not work which wouldn’t have been an issue if the cooker had worked as we had to use the microwave wave to cook. There was also a spa bath which would have been an added bonus if it had worked.

Nothing but was perfect

On arrival we found there was no welcome pack what so ever after such a long journey! Then found only 6 channels was available, bathroom sink would fill up but no way of keeping the water in the sink as it just kept disappearing, the and shower when emptied leaked in to corridor outside the bathroom door so constantly walking in puddles of water! No dishwasher tablets, I was only there 3 days so didn't see why I should buy some! When sugar, tea bags there was nothing to put them in ! Disappointing! .
