The location was extremely convenient, very central. Henry was great to deal with, his messages were informative. The room was great for the price for 2 people.
The bed's were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the two queen beds were pushed together with no way of walking around, we had to get into bed from the end of it.

Great location in Koreatown, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Walkable area close to lots of main attractions. Very good value for money, especially for New York City. The room was a decent size by NYC standards and, most importantly, it was quiet with no street noise. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place I would happily recommend.

Spacious room considering the location and number of guests in the room. We were very comfortable and had a great time.
The towels were clean but thin, scratchy, and didn't smell great. The room was clean overall but needed some upgrades. Everything was a little worn. But everything worked and was clean.
