Location was perfect for family of 4. Close to ESB, Edge, Penn Station and Times Square. There is few shops around and coffee shops. We felt fairly safe in the area. Kitchenette in the room was usefull.
Room was quite small. Access to the roof terrece was only for top apartment (I don't think it was mentioned during reservation process). Bleach/drainage smell on corridors. Room wasn't the cleanest. We could spot some hairs in the beds etc.

1. Leak in the bathroom
2. No bedroom sleepers
3. No other hotel basic amenities like coffee, kettle, etc.

Location was good, room sleeps 6 which is handy for a group or family.
Room very very small. But main issue was the airconditioning not working (well). It made so much noise it would wake all of us up at night and it didn’t actually cool anything down. So hot with 6 people in one tiny room in summer.
