Cozy 1BR in Central Manhattan W Private Terrace

To begin with, I liked the convenient location because the smaller things I wanted to see were near and there’s a subway entrance that’s close that connects to multiple subways if that makes sense. The price was reasonable because hotels were asking for more and they were offering less amenities. Speaking of amenities, the coffee machine was nice, ac was amazing, the clothing rack is very handy and all the other things included made my stay better. The little outdoor patio was nice, but we didn’t use it much because we were too busy exploring the city! The hosts were nice and actually delivered!

The only few complaints I have is that the washing machine was confusing to use. We did contact the host about it and they did kind of tell us what to do, but we gave up on it because it was a bit of a hassle and there’s a self service near anyways, so we didn’t want to use it anymore. I didn’t like that the lock thing to get the keys can be a little hard to open because I had to use some force with my thumb to get it open. It’s whatever I guess. Last complaint was no second blanket. The bed had its one big blanket, but if two people were sleeping in the room, maybe have another one for that person? I only say that because the friend that came with me slept on the couch and there wasn’t anything like a blanket. We figured something out, but maybe an extra blanket could come in handy for situations like mine. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but I wasn’t happy about it either.

Location was great. Property was clean and cozy. Backyard was THE GEM!

Very comfortable apartments, everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet and clean. Very convenient location, close to transportation to absolutely all locations in Manhattan, all the necessary infrastructure is available.
