The property was just as described. It was perfect for our group and activities we had planned.
It would have been nice to have had an extra key. We were 6 adults who split up at times.

- emplacement nickel, en plein centre de Londres
- logement propre avec cuisine
- tres peu équipé (pas de verres; sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas; pas de basics pour la cuisine: passoire, sel, poivre;…)
- le wifi ne fonctionne pas quand il pleut, ni le jour après la pluie
- personnel sympa mais très peu joignable. Je n’ai jamais eu de réponse à 1 seul de mes messages booking. La porte de l’office est régulièrement fermée sans sonnette alors qu’ils indiquent une ouverture de 10h-18h.
- l’alarme à sonnée au plein milieu de la nuit, sans personne pour venir l’éteindre ou expliquer ce qu’il se passe
