The location was great and the apartment itself was super cute. The bed was very comfortable, and there were lots of thoughtful features.
We had problems accessing the apartment because the QR code was not working. There was also a strong sewer smell from the bathrooms. The toilet seat was functioning, but broken.

In a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to 2 metro stations. Street door required a code to enter the buildings around the courtyard. Several cafes within walking distance. Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was decorated nicely. Much more space than a hotel room.
The hot water for the downstairs shower didn’t stay on more than about 5 minutes. The door into the apartment building was always unlocked, it did not need a code.

This property is in an incredible location - very close to bars, restaurants and shops (if you turn left and left again, when you exit the building). It is well stocked, with everything you could need for a short stay in Paris.
The main double bed is on the mezzanine floor. As we visited during the warm summer, even though an air conditioner was provided downstairs, due to the relatively large space to be cooled down, the sleeping area upstairs was still quite warm.
