The apartment was as shown in the photos, fully equipped, with smart lighting. Close to the subway with nearby shops and restaurants.
We stayed for 7 days and there was no cleaning service, no change of linen or towels, no toiletry/toilet paper renewal (the toilet rolls were already half way used).
Moreover there is a major sewage problem in the property (we found urine in the toilet every morning and a bad odour came out).
Last but not least, the staff informed us that we forgot our charger, we asked them to post it to us (with our own expenses) and they still haven't replied.

great little secure apartment located not too far from the metro. super clean and had all we needed for the three days we were there. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The loft bedroom was a little hot and it was odd to have the TV in the bedroom and not in the lounge.
