The place was well decorated and just enough space for us.

My only complaint would be the Odor that was constantly in the bathroom not sure if it’s the sewage or just lack of ventilation in the bathroom on the lower level.

I usually stay more inner city, but LOVED the neighborhood this property was in. It was a 10 minute walk to our convention. It was near restaurants, shops, grocery stores and more. The loft was perfect and bright and modern. The host was super responsive - even tho it was only a few minor things we needed. This was so much better than a hotel.

There is a little bit of noise thru the walls but not bad. And the windows overlook a lovely courtyard where you can see other lofts. But it still felt private.

• The apartment has a modern renovation, with some minor imperfections. • The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance, which is a big advantage. • The apartment is well equipped: dishes, pots, frying pan, cutlery, plates, cups, kettle, and TV were available. • The room was prepared upon arrival: clean bed linen, cleaning products, soap, and toilet paper were provided. • The apartment has two toilets and one bathroom, which is very convenient, especially for families. • A large Monoprix supermarket is located nearby. • Convention metro station is only a 5–7 minute walk away. • Check-in was smooth and well organized; all necessary information was provided in advance.

• Sound insulation is poor. On three occasions, neighbors woke us up during the night due to loud conversations and shouting. • When using the electric kettle or the electric oven, the main circuit breaker often trips, causing a power outage in the entire apartment. • The left door in the bathroom does not close properly. • One of the two power sockets near the sofa bed was not working.
