• Efficient pick-up service to/from airport
• Flat was cold even with air con on.
• Cold stone floor in poor condition with no rugs.
• Bathroom: no shower gel or shampoo, no loo roll holder or hooks, shower curtain useless.
• No basic supplies (e.g. condiments) except tea, coffee and sugar.
• One small inadequate cleaning sponge for all cleaning, inadequate cleaning utensils in general.
• No instructions for any appliances such as tv, coffee machine, air con, cooker
• Noisy at night.
• Double bed made terrible creaking noises and no privacy in 2nd bedroom.
• Rubbish disposal instructions not clear and out of date.
