5 minute walk to Beach Access #9, with access to Surf Zone on Wrightsville Beach, at the surf club a popular private club venue for weddings and events. Walking distance to local grocery, ice cream shop, restaurants, bars, and local shops! 10 minute walk to the pier for fishing and sunsets! End of Street has a kayak/paddleboard entrance straight into the Intercoastal Waterway. The street is zoned "no parking" which further supports it as a child and pet friendly neighborhood. A Perfect house for a family beach trip! The yard is fenced in, kids and pets, can navigate a large yard with a fence.

The sun room has a futon that can be converted to a 5th sleeping area. The house sits on a large lot on a cul de sac which is a short walk to the beach. The yard is fenced in, you can sit on the deck and watch kids and dogs inside the fenced area.
