About this house rental
Located on a quiet, friendly street, this upper-level unit is only a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and shops. The main floor includes a spacious living/dining/kitchen area that opens to a deep wraparound porch with rockers. The master bedroom and bath are on this level as well as two more guest rooms and a bathroom. There are also 3 bedrooms on the top level. On the ground floor, there is a garage and an outdoor shower. The garage fits 2 midsize cars in tandem. There is room for 3 cars in front of our unit parked side by side. Only Saturday check-in during Jun/Jul/Aug.

We highly recommend this lovely beach house! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wendy is a kind and attentive host. The location is excellent, close to the beach and also walkable to nearby pier, coffee and ice cream shops, etc. The house is clean and very well appointed and equipped. Elevator is very helpful! We enjoyed the wrap around porch with comfortable rocking chairs. Excellent!

Great space, clean, and location steps from the beach. Plenty of parking. Only suggestion would be for a gas grill so that we could have done more at home cooking.
