La ubicación espectacular. Fácil de aparcar, supermercado a 1 minuto y la playa del sable a 2 min.

La ubicación del apartamento a un paseo de la playa. La cocina completa, pero no hay congelador en la nevera. Tiene un cuarto de limpieza desaprovechado que podría haber sido otra habitación. El salón bien con sofa-cama de dos plazas.
Es un bajo que da a la calle y se oye a todo el que pasa por la acera y la calle, con un bar al lado. El colchón de matrimonio es incómodo y la colchoneta del sofá cama no evita que te claves los travesaños.
