About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment located 60 meters from El Sable and Los Barcos beaches (the most iconic on the island) in a gated community with no commercial spaces on the first floor, yet right in the heart of the tourist district of Quejo (Isla) and close to restaurants, bars, shops, and more.
Very comfortable, as it features two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed (1.80 m) and a TV, and the other with two 90-cm beds and a terrace—as well as a 1.50-meter sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate one additional person.
The sunny and bright kitchen has a furnished terrace and is fully equipped with all kitchenware and appliances: washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, iron, toaster, refrigerator, etc.
Equipped with sheets and towels, central heating, and a parking space located in the building’s basement (we cannot guarantee that the size of the parking spaces will accommodate all car models)
The complex features a small children’s skating rink.
Included services (maximum 1 change):
- Towels: changed every 4 days.
- Bedding: changed every 7 days.
Optional services:
- Pet: 35€/stay (maximum: 1 pet).
- Crib/Baby bed: price: 8€/night.
- Check-in hours: Daily from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Check-out hours: 11:00 a.m.
- Restrictions: Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not accepted

El entorno y la situación del apartamento por su cercanía a la playa y tiendas restaurantes.
Como ya e dicho la situación del apartamento es inmejorable pero yo creo que le haría falta una buena reforma en general.
